Mathematics and I

In one word, frustrating. Always I think I understand and I am glad because of that, I get to the test and and nothing, all in white.
I do not remember it was so difficult, moreover, before I got sevens. I learned to add, to subtract, to multiply, to divide, even solved linear equations. But learning to derive, derivative as rate of change, exponential functions and logarithmic functions, that, this is something else, this is a difference level. These are useless things in real life. They say that is to developed logical thinking and rational thinking, to obtains cognitive skills and solve problems of life. This is their application.

But, Why not read more Platón?, What about social skills?, with them also resolved logical problem and developed critical thinking, moreover, thanks to these we can apply criteria that for math do not exist, for example, the person, the group of people,  the diversity and the inclusion. For math are all equal. That’s its error, its grave error. We are all different; we are all capable and very important. Not everyone likes these little problems wanting to be solved with a curve and a slope. That frustrates me and bothers me.

Just one image

This is a photography that gathers many memories of my childhood. The nostalgia emerges only with one image, it is impressive. I do not remember who captured this moment so treasured in my memory and immortalized the innocence in one image.
That day my family celebrated the New Year, I was 4 years old, we expected the dinner with my sisters and cousins and lots of hugs and shouts of joy, so after we could give in to our dreams and sleep overnight.
More than the photography, I remember the moment, full of beautiful hope, for example, Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, wanting  to be a doctor and a step full of pampering no responsibilities. In the childhood, we have so much energy, energy that we sometimes forget, energy that we can dream without limits. The wonder of childhood is believing that nothing is impossible.
Watching a photography is more than looking, it is an opportunity of reconnecting with oneself.
